is not necessary . I remember watching some fight where some fighter( **cant remember his name** )where he kissed his opponent after winning the match. Then his opponent kissed him back then he returned the kiss to his opponent . It was like watching a man and a woman on a first date. There's other ways of showing great sportsmanship. Kissing should be not one of them.

Yea because a small peck is making out. Some of you aren't secure with your masculinity.

The incident the OP is referring to may be Nate Quarry and Demian Maia. Kind of looked like an accidental liplock.

well any idiot knows a phobia is a fear so unless one is afraid of homosexuals then thats not the case. (lets hear you redefine phobia)
most people in the world don't like to watch men kiss. it has nothing to do with fear, more likely disapproval, disgust or dislike.

So what if they have a kiss or a peck or whatever. A lot of cultures around the world kiss as a means other than romantically.
Italian, Spanish, French, Arabic and the list goes on. If a fighter decides to plant one on the cheek after a fight, so be it. BJ kissed Matt Hughes right on the lips after their fight, and it was nothing more than comical. If the UFC boys can handle it, you sure as hell should be able to. Why don't you bring up your discussion with them in person and see what response you get. Don't blog all over the forum expecting everyone else to conform to your insecurities. Grow up, get over it and get on with it. |
